1: Go to Endomondo.com and login to your account
2: Open Twitter.com in another window
– Login to your account (*)
3: Open Facebook.com in another window
– Login to your account
4: Go back to your Endomondo personal site.
5: Choose the Start option
6: Choose the 4th option “Auto Sharing” in the submenu. Should be placed right beneath the “Events” option
7: Choose if you wish to share on Facebook or Twitter. You can easily choose both if you like.
8: Choose if you like to autoshare when you start your workout or when you stop you workout. You can of course do both if you want.

* Tip! If you have more than one Twitter account and you share your results at the wrong account, you just log out from that Twitter account and log in to the one you wish to share your Endomondo results at. After you have logged into your correct Twitter account you go back to your Endomondo account and remove the markers in the “Share On Twitter” option. Save your preferences. Go back to step 7 and 8.

Remember! If you put in your Weight at your Endomondo Profile, your results will show how many calories you’ve burnt. You wont show your weight to anyone though. If you dont put in your weight you only get info such as speed and time on your workouts, which of course can be useful as well.

In the olden days the television sets had between 400 and 500 horizontal lines (pixel). I think it was about 570 lines in Europe (PAL-system) and 480 in the States (NTSC-system) if I remember correctly.

Back in 2006 or something we started seeing HD-Ready flatscreen TVs. Now the number of horizontal lines went up to 720 lines – hence the 720p and 720i definitions. Shortly after the Full-HD (not “fullscreen”) term came to use when TV companies presented the new type of flatscreens like LCD and Plasma widescreen televisions in “Full-HD”. Able to show the pictures in 1080p (progressive) and 1080i (interlaced). To compare the numbers, most computer monitors show a resolution 1024×768 pixel or 1280x1024 pixel, meaning that a 1080p picture is a little better than the 1280×1024 pixel computer resolution.

1080p (progressive):
To be able to achieve the best image quality on your new 1080p Full-HD Widescreen Flatpanel you must connect a Blu-Ray Player or a PlayStation 3 to your telly, using a HDMI cable (the scart cable has retired). This will allow you to watch Blu-Ray movies in 1080p quality and futhermore the PS3 or BD-player should upscale your old DVD’s into the 1080i quality.

1080i (interlaced):
This quality is almost as good as 1080p, but not entirely. Let me try to explain. If you have 1080 horizontal lines, stacked upon each other, using a 1080p source, then 1080 lines will change in every frame played – 24 frames per second. When playing in 1080i, only 540 lines will change in each frame. In the next frame the other 540 lines (every second line) will change and so it goes on 24 frames per second. You will not be able to see these changes and therefore the picture quality is extremely good and clear. Much better than were used to! It’s like to see the difference between VHS tapes and DVD discs.

* Few Blu-Ray (BD) Discs is delivered with only 1080i quality. You can always look at the backside of the disc-cover, to see what quality is on the disc.

* The High Definition TV (HDTV) signal is presented in 1080i and comes digitally via Cable TV or Broadband TV
